Abstract
406,724. Pipe joints. BROUGHTON COPPER CO., Ltd., and TOMLINSON, F., Blackfriars Road, Salford, Lancashire. Aug. 4, 1932, No. 21850. [Class 99 (i).] An electric wire conduit comprises tubes 5 of non- ferrous metal connected to junction boxes, elbows &c. 11 by non-ferrous adaptor sockets 13 having an internal shoulder against which the tube end abuts, the tubes being soldered into the sockets which are screwed, rolled, or pressed into the junction boxes &c. at the other. The tubes are secured by solder run into grooves 10 through holes 9 in the socket.
