405,409. Yielding bearing-supports. AKTIEBOLAGET SPONTAN, 2, Norrmalmstorg, Stockholm. Oct. 17, 1932, No. 28974. Addition to 400,260. [Class 12 (i).] A radial-thrust bearing 4 is supported by a surrounding ring 6 which is suspended on annular members 8 the outer surface of which contacts the inner surface of the ring 6 and the bearing housing. The rings 8 may be of L- shape in cross-section. The rings 8 may, as shown, be carried by rings 12 suspended on rings 13 carried by the bearing housing 5. The number of rings 12, 13, which are in tension and compression respectively, may be increased.
