354,649. Yielding bearings. BRœLL, K., 10, Wildpretmarkt, Vienna. Nov. 11, 1930, No. 33959. Addition to 281,522, [Class 12 (i), Bearings &c.]. [Class 12 (i).] The outer surface 41 of the outer race ring 4 of the bearing according to the parent Specification is secured to the surrounding yielding ring 5 by vulcanizing or other means. As shown in Fig. 1 the inwardly directed flange on the ring 5 is omitted, and in Fig. 2 the ball-bearing ring 4 protrudes below the resilient ring 5 and the latter is covered by a cover 8 screwed to the casing 6.
