404,142. Bakers' &c. ovens. FAHR,O., 31, Straussweg, FLORIAN, O., 69, Schellbergstrasse, both in Stuttgart, Germany, and BAKER PERKINS, Ltd., Hythe Road, Willesden, London. Jan. 11, 1933, No. 993. Convention date, March 9, 1932. [Class 51 (ii).] In a baker's or like oven having a circuitous conveyer 2 the discharge of the baked goods is effected at a point between the ends of the return run 9 of the conveyer. The part of the return run up to the discharge point forms the final baking zone, and the baking trays are preheated by burners 13 between the discharge point and the loading opening 10. Discharge on to a shoot or a transverse conveyer 12 may be effected by tilting the suspended trays at a point where the oven conveyer is deflected upwards or downwards from its horizontal course.
