Bakers' ovens. - In biscuit-making and like machinery the dough mixture is dropped or deposited directly upon pans pivoted at two corners to supporting chains so as to form a continuous conveyer 2 which passes through an oven 3 in single or multiple flight. The baked goods are removed from the conveyer by means of a stripper 4. The conveyer may also be arranged to pass through auxiliary apparatus such as proving chambers, cooling chambers or inspection flights.
