Abstract
190,656. Inglis, J. N. Jan. 26, 1922. Bakers' ovens.-A travelling oven is adapted for baking close set or batch bread by means of setters removably secured to the plates or trays of the conveyer. A socket 2 of dovetail form is secured to each end of the plate 3, and into this fits a member 4 projecting from the back of the " setter " 1. Vertical movement of the " setter " is prevented by a split pin 5. In another construction the "setter" slips over two upstanding rods on the plate, and it may be spaced both from the rods and the plate by interposing a layer of insulating material. Alternatively the plate may have upturned ends, to which the " setters " are bolted.
