Abstract
402,785. Gas cooking-stoves. HEASMAN, J., 15, Balham Park Road, London. June 6, 1932, No. 15931. [Class 126.] In a gas cooking-stove of the type comprising an outer casing A in which is mounted an oven chamber D in such a way as to leave a combustion chamber R at one end, and flues above, below, and at the other end of the oven, heat being obtained from a gas ring burner below an opening in the floor of the combustion chamber, outlet apertures P for the gases are formed in the lower part of the end wall of the casing remote from the combustion chamber. An efficient transfer of heat from the gases to the oven, particularly to the end wall remote from the combustion chamber, is thus obtained.
