Abstract
458,369. Cooking &c. stoves. SANDBERG, J. T., 10, Fredsgatan, Stockholm. June 17, 1935, No. 17371. Convention date, June 15, 1934. [Class 126] In a heat accumulator stove as shown, (a cooker), the fuel chamber and heating portion comprises a fixed outer casing 9, having a solidfuel grate 10 and a flue opening 36, a heat absorbing and conducting body 18 extending from the cooking top face 1 into the chamber spaced from the casing 9 and from the grate, and provided with fuel ducts 32 discharging at the lower end into the space between the body 18 and a surrounding inner casing 15 and thence onto the grate 10. As shown, the entry to the fuel ducts 32 is at the centre of the cooking plate 1. The casing 15 is supported by rods 33, which may be adjusted as to height so as to vary the position of the casing 15, which, in addition, may be provided in a number of different lengths. At its lower end body 18 is solid or tubular and may be of circular or ribbed cross-section. Gas circulation holes 16, 17 may be formed in the casing 15 and there may be subsidiary flue openings 34, 35 leading to oven flues.
