495,324. Gas cooking-stoves. FLAVEL, P. May 10, 1937, No. 13300. [Class 126] In a gas cooking-stove in which the hotplate is enclosed in a casing 2 and covered by a lid 3, the casing 2 projects rearwardly at 4 beyond the back of the oven 1 so as to provide, between the latter and the adjacent wall of the room, a space into which the gases from the oven are discharged. As shown in Fig. 4, the back 6 of the oven is covered by a plate 7 which forms a flue 8 for the passage of the gases downwardly from the oven outlet 9 to ' the aperture 10. A cup 11 collects any condensed moisture. Specifications 495,325, [Group XXV], and 495,326 are referred to.
