400,569. Cardboard &c. box lids. CRAWFORD, T., The Limes, Johnson's Road, Whitehall, Bristol, and CARSONS, Ltd., Shortwood, near Bristol. Aug. 29, 1933, No. 23960. [Class 18.] A cardboard, strawboard &c. box for chocolates and other retail goods is provided with a removable lid A which can be supported in an inclined position as a display tray by means of a section C severed along three sides and scored along the fourth so that it may be bent outwards to form a strut which supports the lid in an inclined position. A tape D limits the movement of the strut, a pastel sheet F covers the section C before it functions as a strut. A label E may also be provided. Specification 377,669 is referred to.
