399,983. Wood flooring- blocks. BUCKLEY, J. F., 22, Clare Road, Levenshulme, Manchester. Oct. 4, 1932, No. 27496. [Class 87 (i).] A wood flooring-block 1 has a cork composition plate 2 glued or otherwise secured to its under surface in order to heatinsulate it from the concrete sub-floor and prevent it from absorbing moisture therefrom, the cork plate being of uniformly less length, and preferably also of less width than the block 1, to provide recesses 4 for keying with the mastic cement used to secure the blocks to the sub-floor. The blocks are provided with interlocking flanges and grooves.
