Abstract

295,492. Bennett, W. J. July 13, 1927. Wood block flooring and paving.-Wood blocks with grooves d all round are secured together by keys c<1> inserted in the end slots and projecting on both the sides and the end or ends to interlock with the grooves in adjacent blocks. The bottom edges e are bevelled to key with a mastic bedding, and the blocks may be laid in herring-bone or panel pattern. Specification 499/15, [Class 87 (i), Bricks &c.], is referred to in the Provisional Specification.
