Abstract
399,755. Steam-power plant. SULZER FR’RES SOC. ANON., Winterthur, Switzerland. May 24, 1933, No. 14962. Convention date, June 10, 1932. [Classes 110 (iii) and 122 (iii).] In a steam-power plant wherein the steam flow from the generator D to the points of consumption H, N is dependent on the pressure in the generator the steam is fed to the consuming devices through at least two branch pipes L<1>, L<2> fitted with valves U<1>, U<2> controlled in accordance with the pressure on the inlet side of the valves. H, N are high and low-pressure units respectively, interconnected by a pipe W. The valve U<1> opens at a lower pressure than the valve U<2>. The unit N may be fed normally from a separate generator and may be provided with an accumulator.
