Addition to 388,646, [Group XVI]. [Class 143.] Printed records, apparatus for giving.-Sheetregistering devices, as described in the parent Specification, in which a card f to be printed is registered on the impression bed plate c by the aid of light from a source g projected through an aperture d, are applied to weighing or other machines in which a printing-wheel b set by the balance beam registers with the aperture d. In addition to printing on the card f a duplicate impression is taken on a record on receipt strip i, which is provided with transverse perforations by which the strip is advanced intermittently by the printing- machine, and is provided on its under side with carbon copying composition, or works in conjunction with an auxiliary ink ribbon. The sheet f may be registered in any way described in the parent Specification, e.g. by means of a frame suspended at a small distance above the bed plate c.
