Abstract

395,628. Posts. BARR, J. F., Killineer House, Drogheda, Co. Louth, Irish Free State. Feb. 3, 1933, No. 3319. [Class 20 (i).] Concrete sockets for posts are provided with means to allow free drainage and ventilation for the foot of the posts. The socket 1 has a closed base and is provided with a grid 3 to support the coned end of the pole 2, which is wedged in the upper end of the socket by wedges 5. Inclined drainage holes 4 are provided leading from the well of the socket to the exterior.
