Abstract

393,239. Sewing-machines. JONES' SEWING MACHINE CO., Ltd. and HALL, J., Guide Bridge, near Manchester. Feb. 28, 1933, No. 6017. [Class 112.] A bobbin case 6 houses a removable thread case 11 in a recess 9, the centre 10 of which is offset vertically to the running flange of the bobbin case and laterally with respect to the needle. The lateral offset is on that side of the needle which is approached by the rotary loop taker beak. The bobbin case 6 is supported concentrically in the loop takes 4 by a flange 7 and the thread case is held in its recess by a catch slide 13 which is operated by a finger-piece 16.
