Abstract

391,713. Smallarms. FROMMER, R. VON, 158, Soroksari Ut, Budapest. Nov. 14, 1932, No. 32176. [Class 119.] Relates to trigger mechanisms for smallarms of the kind in which the trigger 1, Fig. 1, fulcrums successively about two projections 6, 9, provided thereon. According to the invention, at least one projection is capable of adjustment by means of a set-screw 8. In the form shown, the trigger is pivoted at 2 to a spring-controlled pivoted sear 3, an upstanding detent on which is adapted to retain a striking element 10 in its retracted position. The projection 9 is formed integral with the screw 8 which extends through the trunk of the trigger. By turning the screw, the position of the projection 9 with respect to the trigger can be varied. In a modification, the screw extends through a rearwardly extending lug formed on the trigger. In a further modification, Fig. 3, the projection 6 is adjustable, the projection 9 being formed integral with the trigger.
