Abstract
388,633. Boxes. NISSEN, E. A., 25, Strandgade, Copenhagen. June 14, 1932, No. 16828. Convention date, March 11. [Class 18.] In a box of the kind in which the sides 1 formed of interconnected members of wood are joined to the top 2 and bottom by means of rails 3 of the shape shown, tongues 7 are partially cut out of the walls constituting the channel-shaped part of the rails and are pressed into the material of the sides. The top and bottom are secured to the flange on the metal rails by staples or cramps 6, and the cutting and pressing out of the tongues 7 can be done by passing a pair of studded rollers along the rails.
