[Class 69 (i).] A fountain comprises a basin e, a casing divided to form a water chamber c and air chamber d, a jet tube k, an air tube h, and a water tube f. Air compressed in the chamber d by entry of water thereto passes to the chamber c and expels the water through the jet. The chamber d has a cock m for the removal of water, and the chamber c is filled with water through an opening provided with a plug j. In a modification, the plug-fitted filling opening is dispensed with, the jet tube being then removable.
