Abstract

385,459. Grilling- apparatus. SNELL, C. SCOTT-, East Prawle, Salcombe, Devon. Feb. 1, 1932, No. 2929. [Class 28 (i).] Apparatus of the kind described in Specification 139, 683, [Class 28 (i), Breadmaking &c.], in which a reflector E reflects the rays from a fire upwardly on to articles supported on the device, comprises a top grid F the bars of which are at right-angles to the longitudinal members of the pivoted supporting members A, B, and are bent downwardly at the ends to engage these members and form a rigid structure by limiting their outward movement. In the form shown the grid is made of a single length of wire, the ends G of which are inserted in holes in the member A, and it may be held in place by sliding strips H which are pushed inwardly to disengage it. The upper end of the reflector E is formed with lugs which hook over the member A, the lower part resting on a rod D.
