380,530. Draught -excluders for doors and windows. WILLIAMS & WILLIAMS, Ltd. and WILLIAMS, A. H., Reliance Works, Chester. June 29, 1931, No. 18804. [Class 20 (iii).] A draught - excluder for hinged or sliding windows and doors comprises a packing strip B<2> of felt or the like, carried by a bar B which is secured to the fixed frame A by one or more adjustable clamps C. In the form shown, the bar B is formed with a longitudinal groove B3 in which engages a downwardly turned flange C<1> of the clamp. The latter is secured to the metal frame A by a screw D which passes through a transverse slot C<3> in the clamp. The bar B can be adjusted both longitudinally and laterally when the screw D is slackened to position the packing strip B<2> correctly relatively to the sash frame A<1>.
