382,957. Door and like frames. MENGERS, H. and ZIEGEL, J., 24, Rue de Moscou, Paris. June 22, 1931, No. 17991. [Class 20 (iii).] A hollow frame for doors and the like comprises two metal parts having overlapped edges 4, 5 and an inserted angle strip 7 connected by screws &c. to a remaining edge in such a manner that consequent relative displacement of the overlapped edges causes increased rigidity. One of the members 1 is U-shaped and one of the overlapped edges may be formed as an arcuate member 5 having a downwardly inclined edge. An elastic filler 12 may be placed on the edge 4 of the member 2.
