379,931. Blackpuddings. GRIFFITHS, G., Holly Bank, Station Road, Great Saughall, near Chester. Dec. 7, 1931, No. 33825. [Class 28 (ii).] A device for filling blackpuddings comprises a funnel having a guide portion A, riveted to its upper part, which is slidable on a post attached to the vessel containing the blackpudding mixture, the funnel being secured at a suitable height by a clamping screw B. One end or the skin is held between the tapered nozzle of the funnel, and a removable member C which is held in position by a clip D, the member C being rotated to engage the lug G under the clip. The material is forced into the skin by a plunger H on a hand-operated rod M slidable in a sleeve K mounted on a stay S secured to the rim of the funnel.
