[Class 106 (ii).] A folding measure comprises flexible or resilient members hingedly connected at the ends and curved or profiled in cross section. The members 1 may be formed of celluloid strip or steel band and are connected together by hinge eyes 2, the troughlike cross section form a enabling them to lie one within the other at the hinged eyes whether open or folded up. To assist stability, notches or indents 3 may be provided at the hinge heads near the hinge eyes the notches on one section engaging those on the next to lock the members.
