373,477. Vehicle window guides. REID, J. S., 14122, South Park Boulevard, Shaker Heights, Ohio, U.S.A. July 20, 1931, No. 20730. [Class 20 (iii).] An automobile or like window opening of 'the kind in which the pane when closed e x - tends varying distances beyond the edge of the opening, is provided with a rear guide of varying depth for the pane which extends to the edge of the opening 9. The guide may consist of a triangular strip 17 covered with rubber and felt extending from the guide 12 to the edge of the opening 9 and secured by spring clips 23 passing through an opening in the side members of the frame, or the usual channel guide may have an integral triangular extension provided with the usual covering, Fig. 5.
