Vehicle windows; windows having signalling and like openings; rattling, preventing. - An aperture for hand signalling covered by a horizontally sliding panel d is provided in the windaw a or other part of a motor vehicle. The panel d is carried in channel guides e which may be lined with rubber, felt, &c., g, and is provided with a knob or handle which may be hinged to lie close to the panel. Stops or buffers may be provided in the extreme positions.
