369,585. Mould materials. AMERICAN MAGNESIUM CORPORATION, Oliver Building, Pittsburg, U.S.A.- (Assignees of Wood, R. T. ; Lakewood, Ohio, and Frary, F. C. ; Oakmont, Pennsylvania, both in U.S.A.) Oct. 22, 1930, No. 31726. Convention date, Oct. 23, 1929. [Class 83 (i).] Moulds for casting magnesium and other easily oxidizable metals are made from sand mixed with 1 to 3 per cent of ammonium phosphate. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) comprises also a mould material containing in addition to ammonium phosphate one or more other protective substances such as ammonium fluoride, chloride, bisulphate or .borate, magnesium fluoride or oxalate, potassium sulphide, sulphur, boric acid, glycerine, glycol, urea, naphthalene, and anthracene. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
