368,589. Spinning spindle driving and belt - tensioning arrangements. AKT.-GES. J. J. RIETER ET CIE, Winterthur, Switzerland. May 9, 1931, No. 13781. Convention date, May 10, 1930. [Class 120 (ii).] The driving tape or cord of a group of ring spinning or ring doubling spindles is passed round a tension pulley whose carrier is movable on a horizontal guide and is linked to the weighted tensioning lever. The tension pulley 7 is held in a carrier 5, which is pivoted at 8 to the weighted bell-crank lever 9, and which is guided horizontally by the arm 4 engaging the guide 3. The bell-crank lever 9 is supported on a pivot 10.
