Abstract

367,156. Dynamos. SMART, B. A., High House, Billingford, Elmham, Norfolk. Feb. 3, 1931, No. 3370. [Class 35.] Brushes and collectors.-A small model dynamo has its shaft in two portions insulated from each other to which the ends of the armature winding are connected, and the generated current is led off from insulated bearings. The shaft ends may be pointed and mounted between conical or concave bearings having seven adjustments. The field may be constituted by a permanent magnet. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 18122/97 and 143,720, [both in Class 35, Dynamo-electric generators &c.].
