[Class 17 (ii).] The forward meeting edges a of the upper b of a highlegged lace-up boot have one or more incisions c extending for a short distance towards the ankle to make the upper more elastic. The incisions may extend between adjacent eyelets, and a tongue d of greater width than usual is provided to exclude moisture at the locality of the incisions.
