Abstract

364,296. Clock cases. RICHARD & CO., Ltd. and SEAGER, J. H., 122, Aldersgate Street, London. Dec. 8, 1930, No. 37027. [Class 139.] A piece of wood 2 is placed behind a plate of glass 1 and has cut in it an opening 3 through which is seen the dial 4 of a clock. The dial and the mechanism of the clock are secured to the wood 2. The wood 2 and the glass 1 are held in contact by being placed in the grooved sides 7 of a stand 8 and may be further secured by an ornamental clip 10. In a modification, Fig. 3, the wood 2 and glass 1 are held in contact by clips 13 and are hinged at 11 to a base 12 to the rear of which the dial and clock mechanism are fastened. The base 12 is suspended by cords.
