647,865. Road-traffic signs. LUCAS, Ltd., J. Oct. 30, 1948. No. 28219. [Class 3(ii)] A portable road sign comprises a member a carrying or forming a reflex indicator b and a pair of cover pieces c hingedly connected at one edge to the member a and adapted to serve as a support, an overcentre spring e retaining the cover pieces in either the open or closed position. The spring e is hinged to each cover piece c and surrounds a guide rod i which can slide in a slot positioned in the member a between the indicators b which are in duplicate.
