Abstract

363,490. Antidazzle screens for road vehicles. ROSSI, P., Rossi's Garage, Ceylon Place, Eastbourne, Sussex. Dec. 1, 1930, No. 36189. [Class 103 (ii).] An antidazzle screen for road vehicles comprises a rigid coloured shield 5 of celluloid or like material riveted or otherwise joined to the edge of a flexible coloured shield 1 and normally located in an operative position from which it is moved when the flexible shield is brought into operation. The shield 1 rolls into a casing 2, as described in Specification 345,212, the casing being provided with cover-plates 3 supporting the spring roller and with brackets 4 for attachment to the windscreen frame. Links 9 hold the shield 1 rigid in the extended position.
