362,805. Gas purifiers. KLÍNNE, M. and KLÍNNE, M., (trading as KLÍNNE, A.), Dortmund, Germany. March 19, 1931, No. 8469. Convention date, May 26, 1930. [Class 55 (ii).] In a dry gas purifier with a diagonally conducted stream of gas, all four corners of the box are provided with distributers so that the stream of gas is led simultaneously horizontally and vertically diagonally through the purifier. The gas enters through pipe a into the inlet valve b of the first of a series of purifying boxes. The valve b of each box has four branches connecting to respectively, the admission pipe a, a byepass pipe o or m, an inlet pipe c to the front of the box, and an inlet pipe d to the back of the box. Current distributers f .. i at the corners of each box conduct the gas through the purifying material in the desired manner. The boxes may be connected up in various sequences.
