341,001. Mixing fluids in flow. POWER-GAS CORPORATION, Ltd., Stockton-on-Tees. Oct. 7, 1929, No. 30325. [Class 86.] A mixture of water gas and producer gas is made by controlling the output of the producer gas plant by the volume of gas flowing from the water gas plant. One form of regulating device is shown and comprises a valve 27 in the main 13 the valve being operated by a pair of diaphragms 25, 26 the opposite sides of which are subjected to pressure differences on the sides of restrictions 20 and 21 in the pipes 13 and 14. The valve 27 may be placed in the air supply to the producer. The apparatus may be arranged to by-pass the producer gas when the water gas plant is on the blow period, or a number of water gas plants running in different phases may be provided.
