[Class 44.] A clip for supporting skins, textiles, &c., during manufacture of the kind in which a pivoted eccentric cam effects the gripping, the body a of the clip is formed from two plates, or a folded single plate, having the surfaces in contact except where the plates are separated to accommodate the cam f, pivoted on a bolt or rivet g. The upper edge of body a, which, according to the Provisional Specification, may be flanged, has holes for screws b securing the clip to a support c. The body also has a gap d to receive the skin &c. i, with flanges e to provide a surface co-operating with the cam. The cam is released by depressing the finger-piece h.
