Abstract

247,411. Taylor, H. G. March 16, 1925. Anchors. - Blades B of anchors are made by forming a right angle bend in a metal plate and then forming a hole C in the portion b, the plate being then placed over the arm A and either riveted thereto or welded electrically or by the oxy-acetylene process to the inner face of the arm and also round the hole C. According to the Provisional Specification the inner face of the arm may be stepped to receive the portion a of the blade.
