[Class 135.] Spouts ; drip, preventing. - A detachable nozzle A for the delivery spouts of taps or beer engines for preventing drip has an outlet bore D of small diameter and an inlet bore C of larger diameter, the inlet end being cut off at an oblique angle and covered with small-mesh gauze G to drain back liquid into the inclined spout. According to the Specification a series of small bubbles are formed on the gauze which create a vacuum in the spout and hold the liquid until the next operation.
