Abstract

354,971. Shaving-brushes. ROBERTSON, T. C., 398, Townmill Road, Glasgow. Aug. 18, 1930, No. 21630. [Class 19.] A reservoir shaving-brush has an outlet D for the shaving cream arranged in a cap A which carries the bristles and which screws into one end of a hollow handle B which serves as a reservoir and from which cream is expelled by thumb pressure on a piston C slidable in the handle B. The outlet D is arranged at the base of and outside the bristles, and is covered by an arc-shaped plate capable of slight sliding movement on the cap A to bring into and out of register with the outlet D a hole in a ball E carried by the plate to open and close the outlet.
