Abstract
354,077. Endless-belt conveyers. KORFMANN, H., Witten, Ruhr, Germany. Sept. 1, 1930, No. 26094. Convention date, April 29. [Class 78 (i).] A portable endless-belt conveyer has an inclined frame with pivoted ends so that one end can be folded up and the other end down to facilitate transport. The frame 12 has an upper end 18 mounted on a pivot 23, so that it can be swung down to the dotted line position and the lower end 19 is similarly mounted on a pivot 22 so that it can be swung upwards. Struts 24 are pivotally attached to the ends of the frame and are engageable with stops 25 on the frame to hold the pivoted ends in operative position. Guide plates 33, Fig. 3, for the endless belt are arranged on the frame, an overlapping end 331 on one plate engaging a track roller on the pivot 23.
