353,807. Boxes for tinplates &c. BOLT, W. H., Prince of Wales Dock, Swansea, Glamorgan. Nov. 20, 1930, No. 34973. [Class 18.] A box for packing tinplates or like articles comprises a frame 3 of rectangular outline forming the sides of the case and top and bottom members 1 of cardboard or other non-metallic sheet material all the edges of which are enclosed by narrow strips of thin sheet metal 2 laid therealong and folded longitudinally to lie along both faces of the sheet, nails or screws 4 being driven through the metal and the cardboard into the frame. The metal strips overlap at the corners of the sheets so that there are four thicknesses of metal there.
