[Class 100 (i).] In cloth-guiding or stentering devices, one or both of the guiding or stentering heads is attached to an endless chain or cable extending across the machine and operable to adjust the distance between the heads to suit cloths of different widths. As shown, the guiding or stentering heads e are attached respectively to the upper and lower runs of an endless chain a passing round sprocket wheels on shafts c, c<1>, one of which is provided with a hand-wheel h.
