Abstract
350,225. Mosaic floor and wall coverings. PICKFORD, E. W., 76, Victoria Street, Manchester. May 31, 1930, No. 16861. [Class 20 (iv).] The division strips B of terrazzo and like floors and walls are held by pairs of lugs a on sheet-metal plates A which are laid upon or embedded in the concrete foundation. The lugs may extend diagonally or diametrically, or a single pair of lugs may be formed centrally on a plate. The strips B may be made of metal, vulcanite, or wood, narrow at the bottom and with the sides recessed. In a modification, the lugs engage in a groove in the lower edge of the strip B.
