Abstract

348,937. Wireless telegraphy. TELEFUNKEN GES. FUR DRAHTLOSE TELEGRAPHIE, 12, Hallesches Ufer, Berlin. June 25, 1930, No. 19388. Convention date, July 26, 1929. Addition to 347,956. [Class 40 (v).] The wireless telegraph system of the parent Specification, in which the beginning and end of each signal are transmitted as an impulse of different wave-length, is modified by transmitting the beginning of successive signals on different wavelengths, and the ends on other different wavelengths. The invention increases the possible speed of transmission, which is limited by the broadening of short-wave signals during transmission.
