[Classes 52 (ii) and 52 (iv).] The back of a seat is secured to a floating seatframe B supported by peripheral springs C above a base frame which also carries vertical upholstery springs F for the seat springing. The movement of the floating frame may be limited by chains J or other flexible and inextensible connections between its front edge and the base frame.
