[Classes 12 (i) and 144 (i).] The ball bearings b<1>, c<1>, b<3>, c<3> of a wheel for light vehicles such as perambulators are pressed into caps b, c fitted over the ends of the hub - barrel a and secured by the tensioning of the spokes which are connected to flanges on the caps. The wheel may be detachably secured on the axle d by means (not claimed) of a spring-pressed pin e engaging a groove d<1> in the axle.
