Sept. 23, 1929, No. 28729. Addition to 289,247, [Class 108 (ii), Road Vehicles, Undercarriage details &c. for]. [Classes 108 (ii) and 108 (iii).] In the equalizing system described in the parent Specification which includes levers 7 pivoted to the frame 4, each lever is provided with frictional rubbing plates located on each side of the pivot 7a and bearing against corresponding rubbing plates 10 bolted to the side frames 4, with the object of damping the oscillating movements of the levers. Lubricating grooves may be provided on the rubbing faces.
