Spring wheels.-In a resilient wheel of the kind in which a pneumatic chamber 6a is enclosed in a metal casing 7 capable, of radial displacement with respect to the wheel rim, the chamber and casing are of elongated form in cross-section, the flexible cover 6 of the air-chamber having a thickened portion 5 fitted to the rim 4 and plain bevelled edges 6<b> overlapped at the tread side. The casing 7 is fitted with a wearing-tread in the form of a high-pressure pneumatic tyre 10; or a solid, or cushicn, tyre.
