Shirts; coats; undergarments.-A shirt or trunk garment is detachably attached to a pair of trousers or other leg covering garment by buttons and buttonholes or other complementary fastenings. In the form shown, a shirt has a series of buttonholes 5 and buttons in the trousers or the like leg covering garment engage one or other of the buttonholes according to the adjustment desired. The buttonholes which are in the back as well as in the front may be reinforced by strengthening pieces 6, 7 which are stitched to the garment. The shirt may be tailless. Stays or stiffeners may be inserted in pockets formed between the reinforcing bands and the body of the shirt.
