Abstract

322,299. Phillips, T. Oct. 30, 1928. Rafts.-A buoyant seat comprises an inflatable tube 2 or other buoyant element to which is strapped a seat 4 which may be provided with holes to accommodate the sitber's legs or be shaped as shown so that the Legs pass between the seat and the buoyant element. A back rest 16 to which a sunshade may be secured by a socket 19, a front piece 17 with hand grips 18, a strap across the seat for retaining a child and a towing rope 29 may be provided.
